Description

Compost Sensor is a way of sensing the environment. In this application it is built as a monitoring tool for small scale composting operations. It is designed to be simple, inexpensive, and open source. Compost Sensor is a wireless sensor network connected to the Internet through a GSM enabled gateway. Each sensor node communicates temperature and moisture data to the gateway. The gateway displays the data locally and also sends it to a web interface for display and download.
