In the initial iterations of the Equitable Working Group as an ad-hoc task force in 2020, in order to transparently communicate our undertakings during a period of rapid change, we published public minutes, with the aim of modeling transparency and accountability in our process. As the group formalized into an official Faculty Committee, we adopted the more sustainable practice of communicating via yearly updates, but have kept the archive of past minutes here as a public record of our past work.
