My project is a signalization accessory for bikers that has as it main purpose to promote a safer & smarter commute for every biker. It is a pair of patches that should be attached on the elbow and the biker will be able to activate the patches, making they signalizing where they are making a turn

This projects explores the power of vulnerability through hugs. Although hugs are a natural form of affection, the majority of people don't get enough hugs throughout a day. When we hug we transfer energy from one person to another, as felt when we hug for comfort. These wearable jackets explore if we could really feel that energy between two people.

Empowering paraplegic women with fashion statement vibrating pants

Still Vibration is a project designed to empower, engage and delight paraplegic women in the form of a carefully crafted pants. The pants designed to meet many unique requirements the sitting figure has in terms of the pattern construction, needs and materials. Inspired by athletic wear and the Space Age aesthetic the pants are cool and make a fashion statement.
Paraplegic people are at risk of developing bedsores (pressure ulcers) which once form, become a chronic source of pain, suffering, and in some cases can lead to life-threatening complications.The pants design incorporates removable 2×5 sets of soft vibrations buttons on each thigh to promote skin blood flow and engagement with the legs. By doing so it serves as a reminder to shift one’s weight every 15 to 20 minutes in the wheelchair, a common recommendation for preventative measures to avoid the formation of bedsores. Furthermore, the vibration buttons are entertaining and playful.

A garment that is audio activated and reacts the volume of the wearer’s voice by expanding in volume. This piece is in conversation with body politics, othered bodies, and personal space. It participates in dialogue about the power of body, voice and physio-emotional data as it explores the performance of femininity in Urban space. This garment aims to echo and challenge the social expectations of taboo and bigger bodies.
