Grad Launch is an exciting week where we invite a number of our esteemed alumni, special guests and career experts from other NYU Departments to participate in panel discussions, career workshops, and to share helpful resources/information to our students, especially those graduating!

Tisch Office of Career Development Info Session

Artists’ statements + Bios Workshop
Tanika I. Williams, Fellow and Adjunct Faculty Member, is hosting a workshop about tips and tricks for Artist Statements and Bios. In this workshop you will:
- Developing big picture and long-term artistic visioning.
- Build cohesive project portfolios.
- Understand the process of curating project concepts and language.
- Practice selecting and grouping your projects thematically.

Career Resources and Coaching at Wasserman

- How to Design your social network through artist open calls.

Get Hired Fast with Jeffrey Galusha!
Getting a job post ITP can be a challenge. Why? In ITP you develop a variety of skills and experience that could land you a job. But how do you put that into a resume that will gain traction?
Join Jeff Galusha as he will present his resume journey post ITP and point out the mistakes he made. He will share his thoughts about handyman / plumber conundrum, your employee guarantee/commitment, keys to optimizing an ATS, and help you understand the perspective of a recruiter, a hiring manager, and other key members in the hiring funnel. This chat is focused to reduce your time to hire.
