IMA – First Years & New Transfers

We will host an Incoming IMA Group Advisement session on Zoom to help you get started at IMA. You can check Tisch’s registration page and we will also send an email. During the session, we’ll answer your first semester questions.

We will also host a few in-person IMA Orientation events in late August. We will send an email about orientation and slide decks will be posted in Brightspace.

• New Transfer Students: You will receive your advising spreadsheets prior to registration. Newly registered courses will be added during the Fall Semester and you will receive an email from us.

• First Year Students: You will receive your advising spreadsheets after registration. You will receive an email from us during the Fall Semester.

All first years and new transfers will be enrolled in IMA Cohort for the Fall Semester. During one of your classes, we will host a group advising session to talk about registration. You will receive emails about the session during the semester.

After the session, the slide deck from the IMA Cohort: Spring Registration Advising event will be posted in Brightspace. You will receive your updated advising spreadsheets after the add/drop deadline for Spring Semester.
