This course covers: foundations of algebra, exponents, multiplication of algebraic expressions, factoring algebraic expressions, working with algebraic fractions, proportionality, rates of change, equations of lines, completing squares, the quadratic formula, solving equations, systems of linear equations, inequalities, domain and range of functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, compositions of functions, transformations of functions, right triangles, trigonometry of triangles.| Prerequisite: placement exam.
