dry is looking for a full-time Flash Interactive Designer/Developer to join =
our small creative team at our boutique studio in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Candidate=
s for the position must be prepared to work hands-on with clients and manage=
projects in a fast-paced, creative environment, as well as participate in a=
nd coordinate the design and development of small-to-medium-sized websites d=
eployed using Flash, XHTML, JavaScript, MySQL, and PHP. The position require=
s a flexible individual willing to look at things from a project-oriented po=
int of view and work independently and diligently to do what it takes to bri=
ng a project to conclusion. Candidates must also meet the following requirem=
ents:

– excellent eye for sma=
rt and elegant design
– excellent personal communication skills=

– mastery of ActionScript 2.0
– proficiency in AJAX and JavaScript-b=
ased DHTML
– proficiency in MySQL and PHP
– mastery of Photoshop=
and Illustrator
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any creat=
ive discipline related to digital technology
– 2-3 years experience =
working with website projects of any scale

In addition to these qualifications, the following are not requi=
red, but certainly a plus:

oficiency in 3DStudioMax
– proficiency in ActionScript 3.0
– pro=
ficiency in video technology (video streaming, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)=
– experience with UNIX web hosts and shared-hosting website deploymen=

– ability to read and translate architectural drawings=
