individual will work closely with the web applications development team in =
envisioning and executing the user experience architecture for our online en=
gagements. The ideal candidate is a creative as well as analytical thinker.=
=A0 This person should be able to contribute to the creation of imaginative =
interface designs that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing and technically=
feasible. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills a=
re a must. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting user research=
, designing taxonomies, creating site maps, wireframes and prototypes and as=
sisting in usability testing. It is also very important that this individual=
has experience presenting their work and facilitating meetings where they c=
learly articulate the rationale and strategy underlying their work.

3-5 years of experience in user experience ar=
chitecture and related disciplines for interactive products. Requires demons=
trated experience with a number of commonly used techniques such as conducti=

trospective protocols, prototyping (hi or lo-fi), participatory design, flow=
charting, site mapping, analytical and empirical usability evaluations. An u=
nderstanding of how marketing and branding issues impact interface design is=
