Assist faculty who are or will be teaching on=

and training faculty in Blackboard and other Learning Management Systems Maintaining lab software and=
computers Troubleshootin=
g any problems faculty may be having with Blackboard other systems Prepare training and technical sup=
port materials for faculty
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Demonstrable experience in the video/audio, multi-media=
, and technology is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and at =
least two of the following is required: I-Movie, Final Cut, Flash, and Black=
board is required. Excell=
ent writing skills required. Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills, and atten=
tion to detail are essential. Must demonstrate sufficient skills to perform the duties of the job to =
which they are assigned and be able to exercise a high degree of discretion =
and professionalism.
