> * User interface design experience, adhering to Web design standards.
> * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and strong attention to
> details. Ability to support multiple projects concurrently. A portfolio of
> user flows, site maps and wireframes
> * Knowledge of UCD process, methodology and best practices
> * Ability to ask appropriate questions and communicate effectively and
> persuasively to convey solutions to a broad range of stakeholders: Product

> * Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills
> * Excellent written, oral and diagrammatic communication skills
> * Any experience with Vignette 7 highly desirable
