events have surprise start times, and limited durations and quantities.
Preview, available 10 days plus in advance, create a forum for
discovery, selection and engagement. Event categories: women’s
accessories, handbags, jewelry, home, beauty, travel, gifts and
entertainment.

agile development, quick turnaround, and getting things done. Across

been so successful that our initial investors have all increased
their investment. As a result, we are growing. We are looking to
broaden our team with the addition of a Program Manager.
The
ideal
candidate would have experience with consumer-oriented websites with a
focus on online communities, social networking and/or sites focused on
women.

person who enjoys being part of an effective, small team.
Position Responsibilities:
– Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
– Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
– Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
– Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
– Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
– Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
– Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Position Requirements:
– 3+ years experience as a project or program manager
– Has experience working in an agile development environment or has had some awareness of agile development methodology
– Comfortable working with technology and working with development staff
– Is aware of the big picture while keeping a fine attention to detail
-Proven experience taking a project to completion
Nice to Have:
– Experience with visual design
– Experience working with a highly stylized website
