I need a pared-down, simple web site to promote my book, “Stepmonster:
A New Look at Why Real Stepmothers Think, Feel and Act the Way We Do,”
to be published May 4 by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. I don’t need flash
or anything else complicated. One paradigm is www.pauladerrow.com.
Just a page with links. HOWEVER, the important thing here is that the
graphics and design all communicate what the book is about and help in
its positioning as a different kind of book, a departure from the
advice genre, a book that is more comprehensive, thoughtful and
intelligent than the typical “how to” for stepmothers.
I could send a description of the book to anyone who is interested in
the job. my budget is low since my publisher is not paying for the we
b site and I need someone to get started right away.
