Job Summary:


Responsibilities include dev=
eloping and leading technology efforts and directing complex technical desig=
n projects for new and existing software products. Engages with clients to e=
ducate and inform them about all aspects of user experience. Gathers and ana=
lyzes customer requirements and user research as needed for project assignme=
nt.  Designs and develops creative user interface solutions that take i=
nto account platform limitations, architectures, business goals and developm=
ent schedules. May lead, train and/or direct the activities of small teams I=
nformation architects and UI Developers.

Qualifications:


=B7         =
BS/BA or advanced degree in design (visual, graphic, interaction =
or industrial design), psychology, information architecture or computer scie=
nce.


=B7         =
5 – 8 years user interface design experience, preferably with Mic=
rosoft technology


=B7         =
Proven ability to work with the software development process and =
project management


=B7         =
Proven experience in the design line of business applications and=
intranets


=B7         =
Knowledge of platform specific user interface guidelines, user in=
terface design patterns


=B7         =
Proven excellent analytical and design skills including task anal=
ysis and use-case creation


=B7         =
Proven ability with application and web-based prototyping/design =
tools


=B7         =
Experience with Rich Client, Mobile, Web UI Design and Tools such=
as: Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Macromedia Dreamweaver And Flas=
h; Quark Xpress; Microsoft Office And Visual Studio.NET

Proven experience in an industry vertical such as healthcare or f=
inancial services


=B7         =
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and assistive technologies =


=B7         =
Proven outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team enviro=

Proven team player with the ability to learn complex technical ma=
