Barnes & Noble.com is looking for an experienced Web Developer to join o=
ur Mobile Applications team. You MUST have advanced UI and visualization pro=
gramming experience using HTML, XML/XSL, Javascript/AJAX, and CSS preferably=
while developing for the mobile user. The successful candidate will have th=
e opportunity to contribute to various core projects, with the results of yo=
ur work being viewed by millions of Barnes & Noble customers.

esponsibilities: 
=95 Architect and build applications and web pages=
for Mobile and Desktop clients. 
=95 Prototype new products and ser=
vices based on B&N=92s data and services. 
=95 Enhance exiting m=
obile web and application offerings 
Required Skills: 
=95 2=
-4 years of professional hands on work experience and understanding of web p=
rotocols and standards, including HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, RSS, XML=
. 
=95 Familiarity with XSTL, ASP and ASP .NET will be required.&nbs=
p;
=95 Experience with C++, Java, iPhone, Android or other mobile softwar=
e development a plus. 
=95 Experience developing web sites for mobil=
e browsers on a multitude of devices and an understanding of standards and l=
imitations. 
=95 Understanding of CSS 3, Web Standards, Accessibilit=
y and SEO. 
=95 Proven ability to work independently as well as in c=
ross-functional groups. 
=95 Excellent written communication and ver=
bal agility
