Our small team is looking to welcome a front-end developer (HTML/CSS). You’d get competitive salary, great benefits (medical, dental, etc.), a lucrative seed-stage equity package, and a lot of creative challenges. We’re generally looking for:

• A team player who can work independently but communicates often
• Able to contribute from initial design process through the creation of clean, valid XHTML
• Fluent in CSS, emphasizing table-free layouts
• Well-versed in the quirks of Firefox, IE6, IE7 and Safari
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
• Experienced with Javascript and AJAX interfaces and frameworks
• Aware of the key UX elements of e-commerce sites, project management tools, and social media apps, a big plus
• Experienced with Javascript / PHP / MySQL, a plus
