Luxury beauty company Seeks Producers and Associate Producers for Web projects
Position: Associate Producer and Producer for Web projects
Description:
In conjunction with the Production Director, the producer will manage and coordinate all aspects of website development from inception through launch to ensure deadline and goals have been successfully accomplished.
The associate producer will support lead producers in the managing and coordinating of all aspects of website development from inception through launch.
Both positions require the following:
- Help implement and maintain a project plan that identifies key milestones, project dependencies, project resources and then manage the execution of the plan.
- Ensure that the project team is notified promptly of any potential change in project scope and expected deliverables.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with team and disseminate information from those meetings through established communication protocols.
- Ensure consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to strategy.
- Liaison between the Brands, Affiliates, Creative Services, Marketing, Merchandising and Engineering to collect technical, creative and content requirements and assure open communication and workflow between front end and back.
Qualifications:
- The producer position requires a minimum of 4+ years project management experience.
- The associate producer position requires a minimum of 2+ years of project management experience.
- Working knowledge of web technologies.
- An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across groups.
- Pro-active problem solving abilities.
- Ecommerce experience a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment a must.
Both positions are freelance engagements and could lead to future projects, or a full-time position.
