JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Product team in manifold efforts including email marketing, customer acquisition, site performance analysis, and customer advocacy. The Products Intern will not only be of material Ωassistance in creating customer value but will also gain direct experience in Product Management & Product Marketing, by joining in executing against a product strategy to propel the industry
’s leading African American digital radio, online media, and social local, and mobile experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Administer and analyze email-marketing campaigns
– Process customer feedback and create positive conversations and relationships between our customers and the brand; be a brand advocate and a customer advocate.
– Monitor online traffic statistics
– Develop a summary of recommendations and test hypotheses based on analysis
– Participate & assist in product sprint planning & road-mapping
– Evaluate the competitive landscape and provide insights into digital media product opportunities
EDUCATION: Candidates must be in good academic standing at an accredited college or university. Undergraduate and Graduate students are encouraged to apply.
