You must possess a passion for:
– Problem solving
– Creative technology

The basics:
– Experience coding in C++ / openFrameworks / OpenGL
– Love for OOP and a fundamental desire to keep your code well structured (even if it falls apart every once in a while during crunch time)
– SVN
– Experience with touch based UI
– A commitment to high-quality work
– Ability to both rapidly prototype and create production level code
We also really like people who have:
– motion graphics capabilities
– 3D experience (especially developing particle systems)
– experience with computer vision (openCV and beyond)
– hacked a Kinect
– Arduino skills
– Flash development (especially 3D)
– iOS or Android development
