Web Design/Production Internship
Work on a consumer facing media site (YourTango.com) helping with the design, user experience and all functionality. Create wireframes, specs, flow diagrams, design mocks, etc. and work with the team through implementation of designs. YourTango is a niche content (love and relationships) site with broad appeal targeted largely at women making use of standard web publishing tools, social features and functionality. Will also get a chance to help with functionality for our experts network, a paid service for connecting readers with love and relationship professionals.
Working environment is a small but established startup with about 25 employees. Intern would work directly with the Chief Digital Officer who has 15 years experience creating consumer facing web experiences. Would also work closely with the editorial and business teams understanding requirements and collaborating on new products.
