POSITION Mobile Solutions Architect/ Mobile Tech Lead
REPORTS TO President, North America
We are looking for a Mobile Solutions Architect to join TigerSpike as we expand our team in North America. We’re looking for someone dynamic, confident and well organized, who will support both sales and production teams with their exceptional technical knowledge. This role could be perfect for someone with several years of multi-platform development experience who wants to take their career to the next level.

We help our clients create more personal relationships with their users and consumers through the use of technology. Using our proprietary SaaS platform, PhoenixTM , TigerSpike has the power to deliver the best possible user experience across any portable device, whenever and wherever it best suits each user.
For successful applicants, there are opportunities for training in Sydney or London down the line and potential future work in one of our overseas offices.
Core Responsibilities
– Client facing
– Tactical scoping (functional and technical)
– Interpret client requirements and leverage existing Phoenix platform
– Writing functional and technical requirements
– Systems integration knowledge and documentation
– Assisting with development efforts for costings
– Broad technology exposure desired, including some of:
– Java for Android/ RIM
– Objective C for iPhone/ iPad
– C#.Net
– Databases (including administration, design and optimization)
– Web Technology including HTML/java_script, XML, SOAP based web services, JSON etc
– Advise on outsourcing company choice
– Ensure QA and code review
– SDLC (software development lifecycle)
About you: Personal attributes / experience / qualifications
– degree in computer science / IT degree
– industry experience 5-10 years (minimum 2 years in mobile)
– passion for emerging technologies
– Coding experience from a mobile standpoint
