Position Summary:
The Multi-Media Producer/Editor will be responsible for the production and editing of various live events/interviews/and pre-recorded elements for distribution via television, DVD, and online platforms. The role will be responsible for daily production duties including filming, photographing, and/or recording interviews/b-roll and editing internal and external projects including product demos, corporate videos and image spots.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Manager of Marketing Communications
Responsibilities
1. Shoot a wide range of content including interviews with executives, organic graphic elements and b-roll of employees, events and various locations
2. Edit a wide range of internal and external projects on Adobe Premiere Pro ranging from basic interviews to audio podcasts, demos to corporate videos and higher end promotional spots
3. Coordinate and communicate across multiple levels within our organization _ from pre-production to post-production _ to create high quality productions in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in live/recorded video production & delivery
- Must be comfortable editing with Adobe Premiere Pro Editing platform
- Must be comfortable working in a studio or on-location production
- Experience with digital workflow including the compression and delivery of projects in a digital medium
- Must be comfortable working/communicating with senior-level management and executives
- Need to be able to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects and complete deadlines
- Need to be a team player and comfortable working in a global environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML
- Strong Internet and Web technical skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS5)
- Experience with streaming media a strong plus
