Bing Design group is seeking an exceptional user experience designer with a proven track record for creating beautiful, elegant and impactful design solutions that will help shape the current and future experiences for Bing.

As a UX Designer you will work on end to end scenarios across different areas from concept to implementation. You will have the opportunity to influence our search experience on the web as well as on other platforms.  We’re looking for someone who pays great attention to detail, has the ability to push the boundaries of what’s technically possible, and keeps evolving the Bing design language.

The responsibilities of this position will vary but you must be comfortable working in all stages of the user-centered design process – from initial user research and analysis through final artwork and specifications. You will also be expected to work with multidisciplinary teams on the Bing organization such as Program Management, Development, User Research and Editorial.

The role & requirements:

–             Experience with visual, UI and interaction design

–             Strong visual communication skills with a dedication to detail and consistency.

–             Ability to work through the software development process, working as part of a multi-disciplinary product development team of User Research, Product Planning, Program Management, Development and Test.

–             You must be able to work collaboratively with other designers, and work on multiple interrelated projects to completion on schedule.

–             You must be able to assess data from multiple sources, synthesize it, and develop strategies for your projects.

–             You must have strong work practices and design discipline. And a proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time.

–             Highly detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.

–             Excellent verbal communication skills.

–             Proficient with the Adobe CS suite.

–             Experience with CSS, Jquery, html5 is a plus

Education & experience:

–          Bachelor’s degree in product design, interaction design or related field/experience.

–          Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
