Salesforce.com Engineer/Admin

Hedgeye Risk Management is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com programmer to manage and develop solutions for our on-going CRM and CRM/content delivery system integration project. Candidate needs hands-on professional experience in SFDC including extensive front-end development (Apex, VisualForce, triggers, workflow rules). The candidate will be involved in the full development life cycle including design, development, testing, documentation, and rollout support.
Interest in backend systems programming (Linux, Ruby, MySQL) and Web development (preferably Ruby on Rails) experience desired.
Candidate must have a proficient technical background in database and SFDC integration and be able to create APEX classes, components, Visual Force Pages, triggers and workflows. Additional responsibilities include strong project management skills for requirements gathering, environment analysis, data/document migration, application development, QA testing, implementation, and continued support.
Education/ Experience Requirements
- 4 year degree in computer science or technical related field or equivalent experience
- Strong Object Oriented Development Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com (Apex, VisualForce) Architecture, Design and Development
- Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies
- Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse
- Adept at working within the constraints of Salesforce governor limits
- High attention to detail, highly organized
