Senior Front End Web Developer
Functions:
– Translate wireframes and designs into fully functional pages
– Develop new functionality and pages in addition to maintaining existing pages
– Prototype layouts and functionality as well as carry through implementation
– Maintain existing code bases, integrate new content and pages into the existing infrastructure
– Interface directly with stakeholders of each specific site
Requirements:
– Experience working with dynamic content
– Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript capabilities (they use jQuery)
– Expert knowledge of cross-browser capabilities and coding techniques
Desired Requirements:
– Experience working with or writing PHP
– Familiarity with MS SQL or equivalent
– Experience and/or interest in HTML5 and CSS3
– Design and layout experience
– Desire to stay current and experiment with new ideas and techniques
– Project management experience, including the ability to gather, prioritize and document requirements
– Working knowledge of Flash, ActiveX, .Net
– Experience in systems validation
