This position is responsible for the design, development, and testing of desktop and web solutions for both internal and external stake holders. Candidate will work in a project environment with stake holders in creating detailed program and functional specifications. Contribute to and assist in establishing development standards and appropriate systems documentation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science AND two years experience in programming, data base administration or systems analysis; OR
Associate’s degree in computer science or college-level coursework that includes 15 computer science credits AND four years experience in programming, data base administration, or systems analysis; OR
Six years experience in programming, data base administration, or systems analysis.
