As the Knowledge Manager (NYC office), you are an organizational strategist and librarian within the creative studio. You will work closely with marketing, creative and IT to gather and catalog creative assets, press materials, case studies, presentations and method samples.
Responsibilities:
• Work with IT to create and manage asset directories on our intranet
• Support Creative Development curriculum by gathering and organizing materials related to marketing and internal programs
• Reorganize key areas of the company intranet to support new materials
• Track user permissions to access and share sensitive materials
• Maintain a rolling version of historical frog materials and portfolio
Job Requirements
To be considered, candidates must have:
• 2-3 years experience in a technical or program coordinator role
• Experience building, managing and organizing organizational systems and databases
• Supreme efficiency and eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Social evangelism or similar experience within a creative organization
