We are looking for a Creative Technologist to design the front-end of a web-based platform to improve communication among parents, teachers and students in public schools. Our graduate student team studies at the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where we have been selected as semi-finalists to represent our school at the UPenn Fels Institute Public Policy Competition, for which we are developing and presenting this product.
Our team seeks candidates confident in design and front-end coding of our product, so advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, javascript and open source resources, such as Drupal, is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled communicators, project managers and work well with teams. A value of public service is strongly desired.
