BluePrint Productions is seeking intern to work with documentary filmmaker and transmedia consultant/producer as they extend the social issue documentary film THE LAST CROP across multiple platforms.

Set in California’s Central Valley Jeff and Annie Main’s struggle to ensure their farm’s future personalizes a nationwide crisis. Development looms. Children leave. Ideals are questioned. Their legacy remains uncertain.  Link to trailer: https://vimeo.com/41472442/
INTERN JOB DESCRIPTION: Fall Semester internship with the possible extension thru full academic year.
16-20  hours per week
The intern may participate in the following:
• Gathering and integrating data
• Web maintenance
• Developing strategies that extend the film across multiple platforms
• Design web imagery
• Potential to work with filmmaker and transmedia consultant to create an interactive project demonstration where the user can watch powerful scenes from THE LAST CROP and short documentaries, then create and share their own stories about local farms and food systems.
Interns should have experience in one or more of the following: Illustrator/Photoshop – web programming and design – Brand Identity – Interest in social change – local food movement a plus.
Interns will receive: class credit
                                  monthly NYC Metrocard
            lunch provided
