Eyebeam Open Call for Residents and Fellows
Eyebeam Art & Technology Center is pleased to announce its annual Open Call for Fellowships and its semi-annual Open Call for Residencies.
Eyebeam Residencies are awarded based on the quality and visionary potential of a project proposal as well as demonstrable evidence of high level ability to produce it. Residents are awarded $5000 and 24/7 to Eyebeam’s fabrication labs and studios in its Chelsea space. Up to six Residents will be selected for the upcoming cycle.
Eyebeam Fellowships are designed to support development of new research and to define the future of technology and art through a $30,000 grant over 11 months as well as 24/7 access to the Eyebeam workspace. The ideal Fellow has experience working with and making innovative technological art or development of new research fields in creative technology and has a passion for collaborative development.
