Canal Street Communications is seeking a Technical Director.
This position includes the task of assistance in the creation of various digital
media projects as well as troubleshooting audio and visual systems. The
candidate should be well-versed in a variety of software including Photoshop,
Final Cut Pro, PowerPoint, pod casting and ProTools. Experience with Max/MSP
and web development software is also a plus.
This position would also potentially include the task of organizing a variety of
digital media (including external hard drives, disks, tapes, etc) into
a user-friendly
database.
As media manager this person would also be responsible for backing up all
data for ongoing projects, properly closing them out and organizing
final project documentation.
