[JOB] Junior Designer, Ora TV

Ora TV is a new on-demand digital television network. Our first offering Larry King Now is a brand new show where Larry interviews today’s most fascinating celebrities, world leaders and internet stars, we covered the elections under the banner Ora’12 in partnership with Youtube, and our latest show, Newsbreaker with David Begnaud covers todays’ trending buzz and breaking news in 45 seconds. We plan to offer a full slate of talk, comedy entertainment and other unscripted shows over the course of the next year.

We are seeking a junior designer that is very dedicated, passionate about design, a self starter, positive, and looking to learn in world class environment.

On any day your job could be to:

Create beautiful pixel-perfect graphics for web and video.
Brainstorm with our tech & design teams on what the interface and experience for a show should feel like.
Design the branding and identity for a show.
Create graphics and animations working with different production teams.
Conceptualize branding and promotional campaigns with our marketing team.
Discover what the future of TV looks like!

Musts (or required skills)

Experienced with Photoshop.
Experienced with Illustrator.
Experienced with InDesign.
Understanding of

Big pluses

Understand the basics of web design & development.
Illustration skills.
Understanding of User centered design.
Experience with Motion graphics.
