We’re looking for an interns in web design, interaction design, and web development to join our small digital team at Group SJR — this is a great position with huge potential in a rapidly-growing agency.
You should be comfortable working on end-to-end site development, particularly with WordPress. You should be excited about working on all levels of development projects, collaborating closely with designers and content creators (photo, video, etc), and providing creative input from a development perspective.
We don’t expect you to know everything right away, but we do expect you to be creative, self-sufficient, and an extremely fast learner with a solid foundation in coding. There will be some less exciting things to do — it’s a job, after all — but there’s a huge space for creative projects as well. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can find a great balance between those things.

SKILLS
You should be passionate about the standard front and back end stacks: HTML5, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, as well as WordPress and MySQL and/or NoSQL database management.
It would awesome if you were familiar with (or want to make yourself familiar with) things like: Node.js, Ruby/Sinatra/Padrino, HAML, Less, Coffescript, Bootstrap, mobile dev (iOS and Android), and SaaS eCommerce platforms (Demandware, for example).
