As we grow, we are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team and report to our Director of Innovation.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Producer manages digital and physical design projects from start to end, on budget, and on brief. The Producer is the central figure in every project. Clients and internal team members rely on the producer for all aspects of the project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.
• Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
• Manage multinational teams of visual designers, writers, interaction designers, and programmers helping to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables in a way that balances client requirements with team growth and morale
• Identify resources and assist in the selection of new personnel
• Lead and inspire the whole production team by communicating a clear vision of the effort
• Serve as the main client interface on projects, helping define vision, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing expectations
• Be the primary contact for clients
• Lead and direct meetings and conference calls
• Communicate effectively project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
• Play a dual role of client advocate and production team advocate
• Deliver the best product possible
What You’ve Got
• Previous experience (2-4 years) as an interactive producer or similar
• Software QA Experience
• Experience managing project budgets over $300,000
• Experience managing marketing, creative or technology projects
• Experience developing Statements of Work
• Experience managing clients (external or internal) on project scope and delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with web development technologies
• Excellent problem solving ability; responsive and flexible
• Ability to effectively set up the presentation of creative work
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. PMI certification a plus
