Job Description
The designer will work on a wide range of design and production projects related to L2 Think Tank’s research and marketing efforts. This position is very hands-on and involves the design and implementation of brand and marketing collateral including:
Research. Layout of L2’s Digital IQ Index reports, including the
creation of charts, infographics, and case study screen shots.
Brand Materials. The design and production of presentations, proposals and web content.
Social Media. Content updates and implementations of marketing campaigns on L2’s website
and across L2’s social media properties.
Email Marketing. Assist marketing staff in creating compelling emails to L2 database.
Event Materials. Signage, name badges/plates, presentations, web updates, banner ads, etc.
Organization. Maintain organized files for all creative collateral including icons, speaker and
staff headshots, logos, videos, and L2 press coverage.
Requirements
–Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Design Communication or equivalent work experience.
–Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator—must know how to create and use style sheets.
–Creativity, attention to detail, and neatness in execution of design projects.
–Proficiency with HTML and CSS a definite plus.
–Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
–A self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for his/her projects, works well with others, and is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
