This 50+ person, 15 year old digital boutique has been at the forefront of emerging digital technologies, platforms and trends since its inception. By constantly iterating our processes as they grow and by bringing all of their knowledge to bear from the onset of a relationship, they arrive at innovative, actionable, and often creative, award-winning solutions. They do product, mobile, and ecommerce design, with a little marketing and social engagement thrown in for good measure. We provide a highly collaborative environment, whereby teams are organized by account vs. discipline. The VP’s of UX & Strategy provide team cohesion, but you will be entrenched with your project teams. You’ll love the culture here – and work with some of the nicest people you’ve ever met. Business is great – their business model works well for their clients, and as a result, they’ve added five people to their company (10% growth) during the fiscal cliff!
This is not a “wireframe or prototype jockey” role, but it’s for an Information Architect who thinks strategically & loves user research. You must have a passion for it! We need 2 people – one will have 3-5 years’ experience, and the other, 5-7 years’ experience.
Requirements
At least 3-7 years, post college, relevant experience as IA; solid UR experience
