NYC Media Lab Call for Demos: Win cash prizes. Deadline September 5
NYC Media Lab is seeking media-related projects for its upcoming Annual Summit, hosted at The New School on Friday, September 19th from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
The Summit is the City’s only pan-university showcase of media and technology projects and research across a range of disciplines such as design, digital media, computer science, engineering, and more. This is an opportunity to present to an audience of 500+ executives, technologists, and venture capitalists from NYC Media Lab’s community. Attendees will also include representatives from corporate members such as AT&T, ESPN, HBO, Hearst Corporation, MLB Advanced Media, NBCUniversal, News Corp, Publicis Groupe, Time Warner Cable, and Verizon. All participating demos will be eligible to receive cash prizes.
Submissions are open to NYC university faculty and researchers and to undergraduate, graduate, PhD, and postdoc students. Projects are accepted on a rolling basis until Friday, September 5. For more details and to submit, visit www.nycmedialab.org/
