Exercise 1: You are opening a restaurant. You have $300,000 and an opening date in 6 months. You have to hire a staff, put together a menu, and get the restaurant ready for your first customers. In less than a page, using agile principles, explain the customer experience you want to design, how you are going to hire your team, structure communication, facilitate feedback, and keep track of everything you need to do before the first customer arrives!
