The Title: Associate Producer
The Client: Ecommerce Division of Luxury Beauty Company
The Job:
In conjunction with the Senior Producer, the Associate Producer is responsible for planning,
coordinating and managing the client’s suite of luxury/beauty ecommerce websites. Projects will range
from feature enhancements and time-sensitive promotions to contributing to large-scale redesigns of
the entire site. The work will range from PC/tablet interfaces, to mobile commerce sites.
This position will work closely with both technical and non-technical brand business stakeholders to
gather and prioritize product requirements. Position will also work closely with user experience
designers, graphic designers, and engineers to ensure milestones and business goals are met.
The ideal candidate will excel at: cross-group coordination, clear and concise communication, project
management, creative problem solving, process-focused aptitude to manage a variety of responsibilities
and deliverables. Must be prepared to succeed against aggressive goals with minimum supervision, be
comfortable working with internal and external partners and virtual/offshore teams.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of web project management experience
– Working knowledge of web technologies
– An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate. and influence across groups
– Excellent teamwork skills
