Vengo is a software and media company that designs and operates a network of mini connected, autometed retail kiosks
As a designer at Vengo, your work will go straight out to hundreds of premium locations across NYC, Chicago & Boston. The primary focus will be designing graphic and video assets for the interface of our digital vending machines. Other tasks will include working on client presentations, vinyl print wraps for our machine exteriors, branding concepts and the occasional infographic.
We are looking for someone that has design experience, exceptional taste, and is eager to learn. If you’ve ever wanted to experience what a startup is like, this is the perfect opportunity.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
Degree in design or comparable design experience.
Portfolio showing versatility and diversity with many different design solutions that highlight strong layout, design and typographic skills.
Ability to conceptualize and create unique and successful design solutions that reflect company objectives with impeccable attention to detail and artistic integrity.
Good working knowledge of many Adobe Creative Cloud applications with exceptional skills using Adobe Photoshop.
Intermediate knowledge and working experience of HTML5, XHTML and CSS3
Ability to work indepently and make smart design decisions with little direction.
Must have great organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects.
Can perform exceptionally well under pressure and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Passion for quality, innovation and top-notch design with a strong desire to learn new skills and techniques
Can communicate well with and explain design decisions clearly and concisely to non-designers.
