Join the Sustainability Solutions team this summer and help create the interfaces and workflows through which designers can achieve more sustainable designs while they are working in Autodesk applications and cloud services. The Sustainability Solutions group strives to make sustainable design easy, insightful, and cost effective. Be Part of the Transformation
This internship role involves:
• Prototyping and designing Sustainability Solutions’ digital interfaces for emerging software and technology platforms.
• Researching user requirements and workflows, and producing storyboards and wireframes.
• Working with the Sustainability Solutions team to integrate environmental considerations into technology platforms
• Working closely with key customers and partners to test assumptions and write technical requirements.
• Producing technical marketing videos and professional presentations.
• Deliver rich content in a final presentation to executives.
What You Need
Key Skills and Experience:
• Enrolled in a Masters of Design or Bachelors of Design program (Entering junior or senior year for Bachelors)
• Studying UI, UX, web/graphic, product design (digital) or similar
• Has working front end web development skills
• Has the ability to make wire frames and conduct user workflow analysis
• Has engaged in ethnographic research or other methods of qualitative user research and testing
• Comfortable conducting user interviews
• Has working knowledge of A/B testing or other methods of quantitative user research and testing
• Some experience with video production and video editing software
• Knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint or Keynote)
• Ability to think creatively
• Proactive work-style; willingness to self-start
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of sustainability a plus
