Position Summary:
The Student Technology Specialist will serve as the primary source of information regarding all services provided in NYU’s student technology centers. Services encompass management and support for video production facilities; computer-based classrooms; group study spaces equipped with collaborative technology; gaming stations; NYU Print Service; Virtual Computer Lab, videoconferencing services and audio-visual equipment used to support University events. The position requires a strong and broad-based understanding of NYU IT services, especially as it relates to referral and escalation of support requests and incidents.
***The hours for this position are as follows***
Tues-Thurs 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday 9am – 5:00pm
Saturday 12:00pm – 8:00pm
