We are working on a terrific search with PepsiCo and are seeking a talented, strategic Graphic
Designer for the Senior Manager, Brand Design position for their exciting new innovation design
team. The position is located in the PepsiCo studio in SoHo New York.
Mauro Porcini, the new Chief Design Officer at PepsiCo, is building an exceptional in-house
Design, Design Strategy, and Innovation capability. Within that department, a new Multi-
Disciplinary team including Industrial Design, Innovation Design and Brand Design is being
shaped to focus on innovation projects. The Senior Manager – Brand Designer’s mandate will be
a brand strategist and designer with responsibilities for the management and execution of
comprehensive brand, graphic, and strategic innovation projects.
Successful candidates will exhibit superior ability to inspire and engage cross-functional teams,
and drive from ideation to execution quality solutions, directly executing them or collaborating
with external partners. Candidates should be passionate about design, creative, and hybrid
thinkers able to think flexibly and conceptually within their own design discipline as well as
across other disciplines and have keen awareness of business issues.
Key Qualifications:
7+ years of deep brand design experience
Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software
Superb design taste
Flexible and strategic brand thinking that extends functional design expertise into
solving business challenges
Generates and communicates new ideas with a creative consciousness
Has an ability to nurture ideas and champion experimentation
Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time
