Back by popular demand, a second Cradle to Cradle Product Design Challenge!
Previous winners earned cash prizes and their designs were featured in Fast Company, Core 77, Mother Nature Network, among other popular news outlets.
Following completion of the free, online course, Designing Cradle to Cradle Certified Products for the Circular Economy, participants are eligible and encouraged to submit a design for the Challenge. Prize for “Best Use of Fusion 360” is $2,000, plus a free pass to Autodesk University 2016. Other winning designs can win cash prizes.
The goal of this design challenge is to eliminate the concept of “waste” by designing products with materials that may be perpetually cycled to retain their value as nutrients to fuel growing global economies. Entries may be submitted from 1st September 2015 and must be received no later than 1st December 2015. Winners will be announced January 2016.
