Arts organization seeking a development shop or independent team for medium-sized content and media-based website, with a CMS/publishing engine plus a basic ecommerce solution for a small shop within the site. Features/requirements to include:
- Content management/publishing (possibly including review and approval workflow), along with tagging and business rules for display
- Various media types (photos, audio, video)
- Calendar/schedule functionality, including robust front-end event search and approval workflow for reviewing and posting new events
- Social media integration
- Likely mobile/responsive/adaptive layouts and coding
- Basic multiple-product ecommerce (3rd-party cart integration TBD)
- Integration/data fetch from one or more event calendars on other websites, through some combination of direct DB connection, API, and/or page scraping.
Design will be provided. Some additional templates may need to be designed based on the global design. We will consider developers both with and without this design capability, using a separate designer if necessary.
We will be issuing an RFP in the near future. Please reply with brief credentials—including a list of representative projects and a description of your role in those projects—if you wish to be considered for inclusion in the RFP.
