JOB: Django Developer at AT&T AdWorks Lab

We’re looking to hire a someone for a 3-month contract starting ASAP to work on some fun projects here at the AT&T AdWorks Lab. ( http://adworks.att.com/lab.html ) While this is starting as a contract position, there’s potential for it to extend further or become full-time. The role is NYC and the team here is awesome. The Lab was built by an ITP Camp veteran and has been operated by ITP alums (including me) for the last few years.

Qualifications:

• Must know Django (and by extension Pythion) very well.
• Cinder experience would be fantastic too, or at least willingness to learn Cinder on the job.
• Experienced with Git
• Self-motivated and naturally curious. Willing to dive into a set of legacy code and dream up cool new features and improvements
• Interested in Data-visualization
• 1-2 years with digital agency or comparable experience

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Take ownership of the system(s) that make the Lab run and collaborate on the ideation and execution of new capabilities
• Create and iterate design prototypes for new visual experiences in the Lab
• Manage the infrastructure of the Lab as needed (i.e. keep it running, troubleshoot the systems)
