On a high level, I’m looking for an individual who’s familiar with backend and frontend web development and a clear understanding of SQL and reporting (generating adhoc reports using SSRS). Industry experience would be preferable but not 100% necessary. I believe you’re familiar with the fast paced atmosphere we have here with changing priorities. The individual needs to be comfortable in that kind of setting. I’ll send you the formal job description once I have approvals in place.
Skillset wise, here’s the short list – .net, java, ASP.Net (C# preferred), HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3, SSRS (a plus), SharePoint 2010/2013 (a plus), Drudle (a definite plus)
