DESCRIPTION
VR Tech team is responsible for smooth operation of all tech at VR World. You will work to test, install and
troubleshoot VR tech. Working alongside our guides you will provide support to ensure our guests
experience the best of the cutting edge technologies on a daily basis and leave VR World to only come
back again.
 Troubleshoot issues such as: PCs, charging station, control pads, resets, connectivity.
 Run daily open and close protocols and scheduled tech checks
 Troubleshoot and check tracking and syncing issues
 Provide inventory accounting and maintenance of all equipment
 Install new and replace old systems
 Assist with occasional facility maintenance and repairs
 Assist in ordering and tracking new tech
 Ensure operation of server equipment, wifi connectivity
 Maintain detailed service logs
QUALIFICATIONS
 At least 3 years of experience working in IT, with hands on experience with hardware, servers,
and systems
 Experience working with Windows OS
 Experience testing equipment following established procedures
 Ability to follow written and oral instructions
 Minimum of an Associates Degree in IT or related field, Bachelors degree preferred
 Understanding of how firmware works within hardware components is a bonus
 Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted, climb, bend, twist, stoop and kneel on a regular basis
 Exceptional communication skills
 Ability to be on-call
