Laboratory, an artist residency program for interactive artists in Spokane, Washington, has put out a call for residents for this coming Fall, from December 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019. This winter, Laboratory is partnering with local community television station CMTV, and looking for projects that combine interactivity with video.
Laboratory offers funded residencies of 1 to 3 months, with housing, studio space, and a small stipend for artists to make new interactive work, research things, or learn new skills. There are more details on their website, http://residency.
