NYC Toy Company, Electrical Engineer
A NYC toy company is seeking for an ambitious, freelance Electronic Engineer with some mechanical background to focus on the development of prototype systems in the field of consumer robotics.
- Designs and tests electronic products.
- Analog and digital design and PCB layout for robotic systems.
- Testing and implementation of firmware in embedded system.
- Display strong design principles and process through rapid prototyping/iterative design work.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in electronics design and development for mass produced consumer embedded systems.

Robotics experience preferred.
- Experience with Arduino, custom boards, motor control (AC/DC, Servo).
- Knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks preferred).
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is freelance payed position – project based.

Time expectation load – one day per week in Brooklyn office and one day of work from home/studio.
