Senior Design Researcher
At GoEuro, our journey starts and ends with the customer. As a Senior Design Researcher, you will play a critical role in bringing the customer’s voice to every part of our work. You will represent GoEuro customers needs and desires in conversations with design, product, technology and marketing.
What we look for:
● Command of a broad set of qualitative and user-centred design research methods from research planning to execution, and synthesis.
● Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrable ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
● Comfort working with outputs from other insights functions and familiarity with statistical concepts typically used in marketing research.
● Ability to turn research findings and analysis into impactful and actionable insights.
What you will do:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify impactful and actionable research questions.
● Identify appropriate research methods to meet goals, timelines, resources and create research plans.
● Work with stakeholders in defining and executing research studies, and in translating insights into impactful actions that inform strategies across the company.
● Own the research process including designing, scheduling, organising and executing studies with internal teams and external agencies.
● Present insights and findings in engaging and actionable ways that connect best to your audience. Embrace flexibility in format and storytelling approaches in order to bring insights alive with teams.
● Help build a human centric culture by ensuring a customer backed approach in our problem solving, and by championing the “voice of the customer” in our business decision making.
